| The President and Sales Manager of AIM is Alan Lindahl. Alan is a native of Oklahoma, but has lived
most of his life in the mid-cities area of Dallas/Ft. Worth. He now resides in Arlington,
Texas, where he grew up.

| Alan believes that there is a true need in this market for a representative agency that
really works their territory, and found a lot of customers who felt the same.
Consequently, ATLAS Industry Marketing was created in late 2002 to fill this need.

Earned Associates degree in Management Development from Tarrant County College and graduated with High Honors in1989
Earned Bachelors degree in Business Education from the University of North Texas and graduated Magna Cum Laude in 1993
Completed his education while building a successful eight year career in retail sales and management within the hardware and building supply industry
Over 12 years of experience as a regional manufacturers representative, including seven years with a leading manufacturer of standard and specialty production fasteners
Consistently achieves above average growth in both territory sales and active customer base
Extensive experience in establishing and servicing both distribution and OEM accounts
Effective use of time and territory management
Good analytical and problem solving abilities
Excellent communication skills
Highly self-motivated and strong work ethic
Well respected among customers and peers
